Appointments & Cancellations

HAYR CO. operates by appointment only. Because reserved appointment times are held exclusively for each client, last-minute cancellations and no-shows directly impact the studio and limit availability for others.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

• A new deposit will be required prior to booking any future appointments.

• After a third instance of a late cancellation or no-show, all future appointments will require full prepayment at the time of booking.

I understand that unexpected situations can arise and appreciate your consideration and respect for this policy.

New Client Appointments

Thank you for your interest in HAYR CO.
To protect both your time and mine, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all new client appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment.

Please note:

• All new client appointments are subject to the 48-hour cancellation policy.

• If a new client cancels without rescheduling, the deposit will be forfeited.

• A new non-refundable deposit will be required to secure any future appointment.
